A 23-year-old female patient arrived at our clinic with an extremely unpleasant smile. She was so embarrassed by her smile that she lost her confidence. Based on clinical and radiographic findings, she was classified as Class 1 with bimaxillary protrusion, lower anterior severe crowding, a 10mm overjet, and an anterior open bite. She was successfully treated with braces and an extraction treatment plan, and her confidence in smiling says a lot.
